PORTFOLIO: TRI-STARR TALENT

Brand Clarity and Alignment

With more than 30 years in staffing and recruiting, Tri-Starr had a strong legacy but faced challenges as leadership changed and services expanded. Their brand identity was fragmented, visuals outdated, and messaging inconsistent. They needed clarity to reflect both their history and their modern, technology-driven approach.

Through an in-person workshop, we uncovered their core promise: working tirelessly for both employers and job seekers. To preserve continuity while signaling growth, the company was renamed Tri-Starr Talent and anchored by the tagline “We work for you.”

We developed a clear messaging hierarchy—“Move your career forward,” “We are your career experts,” and “No excuses recruiting.” This gave the team consistent language to connect with each audience. A refreshed logo, bold color palette, and brand guidelines unified their look across collateral, digital tools, and apparel. The website was simplified into two pathways—job seekers and employers—supported by developer-ready mockups, imagery, and updated copy aligned with the new voice.

Collaboration with leadership and staff was central, ensuring the rebrand felt authentic and embraced. The outcome: a modern, cohesive identity that honors Tri-Starr’s legacy while positioning them for future growth.
