With more than 30 years in staffing and recruiting, Tri-Starr Talent had built a respected reputation in San Antonio. But as leadership evolved and services expanded, the brand no longer reflected the company’s modern, people-focused, technology-driven approach. Messaging felt inconsistent, visuals were outdated, and the overall brand experience lacked the clarity needed to support future growth.

We partnered with the Tri-Starr leadership team to lead a collaborative brand strategy and messaging transformation designed to honor the company’s legacy while positioning them for what was next.

Through an in-person Brand Audit  we uncovered the heart of the organization: a relentless commitment to both employers and job seekers. That insight became the foundation for a refreshed brand identity centered around a simple but powerful promise:

“We work for you.”

To signal growth while maintaining brand recognition, the company evolved from Tri-Starr Personnel to Tri-Starr Talent,  a name that better reflected their expanded recruiting expertise and modern workforce solutions.

From there, we developed a clear messaging framework and brand voice that gave the organization consistent language across every audience touchpoint. Core messaging pillars like:

  • “Move your career forward”

  • “We are your career experts”

  • “No excuses recruiting”

 

helped unify communication across recruiting, employer outreach, website copy, and marketing materials.

The visual identity was modernized with a refreshed logo, bold color palette, and updated brand guidelines that brought consistency across digital platforms, collateral, apparel, and internal communications. Website messaging and SEO-focused copy were rewritten to create a more streamlined user experience, simplifying navigation into two clear audience pathways: job seekers and employers.

To support implementation, we developed developer-ready website mockups, curated imagery direction, and aligned messaging designed for both SEO visibility and a more human, approachable digital experience — an increasingly important balance in today’s AI-driven search environment.
